Privacy at Jesscora

Information we collect

Jesscora collects only what you choose to provide when you sign up for updates: your email address, an optional first name, your selected language, the update topics you select, and the date and time you gave consent.

Jesscora never asks for A-numbers, receipt numbers, immigration status, case narratives, passport data, dates of birth, or Social Security numbers. Please do not send them.

Email updates and Beehiiv

Jesscora uses Beehiiv to manage its email update list. When you submit the signup form, the information you entered passes through Jesscora’s own server to Beehiiv, which stores your subscription. Beehiiv’s handling of that information is governed by its own privacy policy.

The information you submit is used to send the Jesscora updates you asked for, to remember your subscription preferences, to record that you gave consent, and to unlock Jesscora's gated evergreen video library after a successful signup.

Every message includes an unsubscribe link, and you can unsubscribe at any time. You can also write to us with a privacy question or request.

Video access on your device

After a successful signup, your browser saves a simple flag noting that video access is unlocked, together with a version number.

That record does not contain your email address, first name, language, selected interests, consent time, or any subscriber record from our email provider.

If you clear your browser data, use private browsing, or visit from a different browser or device, you may need to confirm access again.

Analytics

Jesscora may measure general website usage — pages viewed, videos played, links opened — to understand which explanations help people most.

Analytics never receives immigration-sensitive information, and Jesscora does not use fingerprinting techniques.

Cookies and tracking

Jesscora uses only the storage needed to remember basic preferences, such as saved items, your language choice, and the video-access flag described above, on your own device.

Optional marketing trackers are not loaded unless they are configured and, where consent is required, you have granted it.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe using the link in any Jesscora email, or write to us to change your topics or ask that your email address be removed from the list.

You can also clear your browser storage at any time to remove the video-access flag from your device.
